Front Office

Zack Novis
- Native of Palm Desert, CA, with a decorated high school baseball career including two CIF state championships at Palm Desert High School.
- Played collegiate baseball at Mt. San Antonio College, College of the Desert, and University of Saint Mary, where he earned a degree in psychology.
- Served as the Pitching Coach for University of Saint Mary from 2019-2020, coaching two all-conference pitchers.
- Managed the Morongo North Stars of the Palm Springs Collegiate League, leading the team to playoffs in 2019 and 2020 and capturing a championship in 2021.
- Experienced in player development and recruitment, having helped numerous players move on to college programs while coaching at University of Saint Mary and in the Palm Springs Collegiate League, and at Driveline Baseball where he worked his way from Operations Intern to Head Coach in their Youth Academy.

Tino Novis
- Tino is entering his second season as an assistant coach at California Post Graduate Baseball.
- He played collegiate baseball for two seasons at the College of the Desert in 2013 and 2014.
- Tino has coaching experience from his tenure at the College of the Desert, where he coached for two seasons in 2019 and 2020.
- In 2019 - 2020, he served as the Field CoordinatorÂ
- In 2019 - 2020 Tino was League Coordinator for the Palm Springs Collegiate League, showcasing his organizational skills and leadership abilities in baseball management.

Jon Tessier
- Assistant Baseball Coach and College of the Desert Roadrunners' Assistant Pitching Coach for the 2023-2024 season.
- Interned in Ballpark Operations for the Palm Springs Power and Palm Springs Collegiate League.
- Experience in college athletic recruiting with The Athletic Academy and SportsForce Baseball.
- Played collegiate baseball at Eastern Nazarene College (NCAA D3), leading the pitching staff to two consecutive New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) championship appearances.
- Earned multiple honors, including All-Conference and Academic All-Conference, throughout four seasons, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Eastern Nazarene College.

Dwayne Green
Dywane Green is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Green is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and holds the distinction as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.

With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology in 2013, Dywane has worked in the fields of Physical Therapy, Personal Training, and Strength & Conditioning.
Green's exercise programs are milder from his unique experience as an athlete, strength coach, personal trainer and rehab aide. Green has taught variety of methods such as Olympic lifts and kettlebells to a wide range of clients ranging from high school students to processional athletes.
Dywane was formerly the Head Fitness Director at Eos Fitness and also works as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for College of the Desert as well as California Post Grad.

- Director of Team Development for Baylor Football, providing guidance and support to our athletes during the fall season.
